Lended money to someone and he went missing

I lended 6 lakh rupees to a friend he has given me a cheque but now he has changed his address what can i do
file a case of fraud and cheque bounce under 156(3) his address would be confirmed by the police after filling the criminal case against him. you only have to file the case from the adress you're having rest police will do. you will get your money back in any circumstances.
