A and C are the party to the suit and C has the bank transaction details so he can easily lodge a FIR against A and B will became the witness that at the time of the said agreement he was also the party. And you can easily get your money back.

1. The person who has been transferred money from the bank, is effective to bring a lawsuit.

2. Those who have taken money and the money through which money has been provided will be made a party in the lawsuit.
