I was fooled by some people for investments and I lost 95,000

I was new to investment and stock market and not much aware of how it's works, I fall trap for some fake people. I complained to cybercell and I got a confirmation from them that all my money is frezzed in that account. Problem is I have to get court order but I have no idea about it and also I would like to know how much time it takes to get the release order from court

In order to unfreeze bank account you're required to file writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court with regards to issue directions to unfreeze your bank account. Thanks & Regards Abhinav Bhatkar

Well, it won't take much time, at least, you initiate legal steps to get the release order from Court, if you won't initiate within a prescribed limitation period, then, you will not get your money unfreezed.

Yes you have to file an application for return of property in the court. The court will order the concerned bank to transfer the freezed amount into your account. It is not a lengthy process, but still it takes approximately a month to complete the matter. For the process, you can approach me
