I gave a loan of 7 lakhs to my friend by online transaction but didn't sign any agreement. Now he's refusing to payback and saying he'll say he paid 20000 cash every month. What options do I have now?

if your friend refuse to pay your amount then you can file 2 types of cases against him firstly for the money recovery you can file a recovery suit against him and the secondly you can file a criminal suit against him to punish him

first you can get a PDC check for security of deposit emi every month. or you can file a civil suit of recovery. but in this you need to pay court fees of around 8 percent of principal amount. but if you get security check after that you can deposit in the bank and after bounce of check you can file a criminal complaint.

Actually you are not entitled to give loan to anybody, if you have given some help to your friend and now he or she is not ready to rwpay the same you may lodge a criminal case against him or her. After lodging case thw court concern will take nessecary action agaunst him or her. so far as his claim of returning the money in monthly instalments ia concerned, he will have to proof tje same before the court.
