I am getting call from Kotak Mahindra bank for loan and cards due

I am getting call from Kotak Mahindra bank for clear due on credit cards and some loan but I never has any relationship with Kotak with any cases. They have taken my details like address my father and my phone numbers and keep calling and using abusive words. Even complaining with Kotak no action taken. It's like mental harassments they are calling in my village panchayat for recovery where our reputation is loss. I need suggestions to handle it.

You can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and warn them to either stop all these harassments or face legal action which will be at their own risk. And if you wish to go legal then you can always get a complaint drafted and address the same to the police station according to your jurisdiction.

have you taken the loan on credit cards or any other loan from the kotak bank. have you asked the callers who are calling you on behalf of the kotak bank. what exactly they ask you about and they told you to do it.

You can stop the Collection Agencies, there are Supreme Court judgements to that effect. Plus you need to send a notice for Defamation to Kotak, for maligning your reputation. I am sure there is an administrative error on their end. This would stop once the higher management is involved.

We have perused the contents of your ongoing issue with Kotak Bank. Would advise You to engage a lawyer and get a strongly worded legal Notice to the directors of kotak Bank. Further file a suit for injunction against the bank seeking directions restraining them from doing illegal acts of unlawfully recovering

you have to send a legal notice to the bank for stopping the harassment and take the legal course against the bank so that the bank stops sending the recovery agent responsible for recovery of any due to the bank.
