How to recover money borrowed to a friend

She take 400000 lac amount and take sign on network marketing business of qnet but I don't want continue but she didn't back my money,I HV proof of money paid in her account not company,it's chain type business and make fool of others take maximum amount from candidate but it's frod not any proof where the our money and I m in govt job she threatened me that u r in probation period ,pls help me I want my money back .she take all my money aproxx.8lac but I proof only 4 lacs deposit in her account ,what I do.can I go legally against her of cheated to me a frod business
Send a legal notice stating why you gave the money.
Since You have proof, she has to give back.
You can also initiate a criminal proceedings stating that she committed criminal breach of trust and cheating. She had no interest of giving the money back.

You can lodge police complaint regarding such cheating and police not act than pursue in court under section 156(3) of CRPC. on the same time you can file recovery suit or order 37 summery suit against her for recovery of your amount deposited in her account . i.e Rs. 4Lacs as you having proof of only rs. 4 lacs. Further please send her notice of recovery of amount given you.

You Can file a criminal case of fraud and cheating and register a FIR against her , you can also file a recovery suit of money paid to her to get back your money with interest . U can choose which option to go for or u can do both.

Yes you can recover your money by filing a summary suit against her or you can also file a criminal case against her by filing a case of sec 420 IPC. there is also no need to get panic even though you are in govt job nd in probation as it's her not you the culprit so you can take action against her without any fear.
