Gave the money to friend as help now he is refusing to give it back

i gave the money through net banking to a friend month to month. i have bank statement only as a proof. can i recover the money legally.
Of course, you can recover your money with interest by filing civil suit of recovery of money. Contact an advocate who would first send a demand notice on your behalf and then you may file suit as stated above. There are possibility that you may get your money only on issuance of notice.

Yes. You can recover the amount which you have given as a debt to your Friend if you have bank statement. For recovery of the debt amount firstly you have to send him a legal notice and if after receiving the notice he failed to make the payment then you can file a revovery suit.
