Friend used my card now not paying bill

My friend used my credit card and for six month he didn't paid the bill. Now he paid the bill and cleared all amount but due to late payments some intrest has occurred and now he not ready to pay. His late payment and due to non payment my CIBIL has also affected. How can I get the balance amount and any claim related to my loss of cibil records.
Your responsibility’s should’ve to protect your card. But one option you have he is that much close friend take a one empty cheque signature by him before to give card. Then you can claim or any records or documents have can recover that amount or else without proof on your negligence can not be escape from CIBIL more details contact me thank you
