I had recently organised an event. With one partner and had a deal done with the club that 15% of sale profit will be given to us. The bar has given the money to me but now I don't want to share the money with my partner bcz I had spent a lot of money to promote the event etc. But my partner dosent understand that.. He has sent me a legal notice. How do I tackle this issue. I have all the conversations and proofs required.
