Cyber cell account holder issue

My bank account was put on hold by cyber cell I need legal advice

You may take the following steps: Contact your bank immediately and request written details of the authority/order under which your account has been frozen. Visit or contact the concerned cyber cell/police station and obtain details of the complaint or FIR, if any, linked to your account. If you are not involved in any wrongdoing, submit a representation with supporting documents (bank statements, transaction proof, identity, etc.) seeking de-freezing of the account. If no prompt action is taken, you can approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court by filing an application for de-freezing of your account. In appropriate cases, a writ petition before the High Court can also be filed for violation of your rights if the freeze is arbitrary or prolonged.

Hello in this situation you are advised to take proper documents from your bank, a reason to put on hold by the cyber police after it representation will be filed before the cyber police warm regards Rahul Kumar Singh advocate

In such cases and Action Taken Report is filed with the bank. The bank is supposed to reply on the basis of that the SHO concerned is approached Course of action is dependent on the ATR and report by the SHO
