Cheated by breeder he is not gveing dog or my money for rs 80k

Hi i m Tejas i took a rotwelier dog of 4months old for 80000rs but in that health issue was there has cardiac enlargement i talkd to the breeder about these n he tld he ll exhange and give another pup in 2months but he dint Gav so I askd the money to return back for dat also he is not agreeing and again tld 45dats tym for dat also he dint n i hav made a complaint in sation n wrote and gav in 2 months he ll gve the pup by may 4 . 5 to 10days in n around but he is not gveing n not responding proplerly so please sujject me somethng i need to get my money back .
Have u paid through net or cheque and if you have the copy and address of breeder please do contact me i can help you and guide you to how to go about the same. You will get back money along with damages
