Car loan top up have not been paid and bank filed a recovery suit

I took a car loan from ICICI bank in 2016. After paying 11 instalment they approached me for a top up loan offer Rs. 210000. I took that loan too. After paying 15 instalments I stopped paying due to financial crunch. In 2019 I made payment and cleared the car loan but top up loan is still pending. Now Bank filed a suit in Tis Hazari court.I got summon to be present there and submit my written reply with supported documents. Bank prayed the court for recovery order.
Ideally in such a situation when Bank has already approached the Court, we would need to present ourselves before the Court on the next date of hearing to present our side of the story.
There is a possibility that there will be some scope in the mediation proceedings. We can try to settle the matter with the bank but it is advisable we approach and represent ourselves in the court.

Sir, please present in the Hon'ble Court due to summon has received and submit the reply in the Hon'ble Court. However, if commit default warrant may be issued against you.

Sir in civil suit for recovery if you have been served the summon and you have to appear before the court but before that you have file your defence within a period of 30 days only. So kindly contact a lawyer to file the same within the same time otherwise your defence can be struck off.
