Blaming for doing fraud, what to do ?

one of my relative is blaming me that i have taken extra money from them for college admission of his son. they are blaming me as fraud for 50000 rupess. this case was of 2010...what i have to do
If your relative are blaming you as fraud even today without having any proof then you have an option of filing defamation suit against your relative s both in civil as well as in criminal procedure s against your relative

U have any promisary note or any doccument on that fact . Or any witness to know that fact. If relavent evedence u have. Then u very well file recovery of money suit. But that limitation on that is 3 years.

This kind of cases do not sustain before Court as they lack in substantiating documentary and oral evidence
Cheating Case need documents and if they alleg and file Case on fraud you have defence stating that alleged excess amount are spent on expenses and my service charges so then their allegations of fraud itself forefitted
