Q: What to do in case of domestic violence and harassment from husband
Hi... I have been married for 12 years and have been going through extreme domestic and verbal abuse.My father in law supports my husband and always holds me responsible for everything.I have an eight year old kid who has seen so much of physical violence.I feel insecure and cannot allow my daughter and myself to go through this anymore. Please help.

If your relative are blaming you as fraud even today without having any proof then you have an option of filing defamation suit against your relative s both in civil as well as in criminal procedure s against your relative

Dear sir/madam our case in Karnataka appealete tribunal has been dismissed on 3rd December 2016.so we want to prefer an appeal to high court.please tell me how much time is there to file an appeal

You have to prefer an appeal before hobble high court with in 60 days from the date of order passed by the tribunal and where your case was dismissed on 3rd December 2016 so by counting 60 days it comes to February 2 ,2017 and where the court had 15 days of vacation hence ull get another 15 days of time from 2 Feb 2017 hence you can file appeal before 17 Feb 2017
