Bajaj finserv handeovered my case to other company

I have loan against property with bajaj from last 1 and half year I did not paid my emi due to financial problems I have requested to bajaj to what for few months as I can sell out my property and can repay the loan, hence during lockdown bajaj has handover my file to other company without any intimation letter or physical notices, now that so called company is showing ownership of my profile and asking for recovery, is it possible and if this action done without any confirmation can we go through consumer forum? Please suggest on this

Hi any financial institutions can not sell the property without notice and court permission, they might have given it to some recovery agent... we need to check papers first..... what was your loan amount.... if it is more than 10 lacs they will have to send you notices as per DRT LAW.
