I done agreement with developer.
After finding same building 3 person having different agreement contains about area ie
1. Compact 2. Compact to be considered as New heaven 3. New heaven
It is very shocking that top brand builder provide this type of agreement.
Shall I case against builder in consumer court.
What should be penalty amount.
