Notice is from court of legal team ? What are contents of notice ? Warrants are issued by court and not legal team. Exact legal opinion may be given only after looking into notice and date of bounce of cheque

Even if a cheque was given as security, if it has been presented and returned unpaid, the lender may attempt to initiate proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act. However, they must follow proper legal procedure including issuance of a valid legal notice within the prescribed time period. A warrant cannot be issued directly without filing a complaint before the court. If you are receiving threatening or harassing calls, you may document the communications and respond through a legal reply to the notice. It is advisable to review the loan agreement and explore settlement or repayment options to avoid further legal complications.

don't worry there is no provision or power to have any finance company to issue any types of warrant this is authority only to an court but if they have issued you a notice don't get it penic because this is the mandatory provision in any recovery matter that before starting any proceedings it is mandatory to be issued a notice we have sufficient time to desolve this you have to share your notice to me on my personals then I will consult you betterly send me all of your documents regarding the loan accounts or that notice also which they have issued to you

Warrants are only issued by the Judicial Magistrate after the formal complaint is filed in the court and accused fails to appear in the court after multiple summons. Arrest only happens after the Non Bailable warrants are issued by the court. Corporate companies can't issue warrants.
