Q: Vacating the flat before lock in period

My rent agreement says a minimum initial stay of 6 months lock in period and in case of a breach i have to pay six months rent. And the notice period is 2 months. I have given 2 months notice at end of 4 months and I want to leave before 20 days of six month lock in ...and I pay the whole six months...my owner says I can give notice only after six months and I ll have to pay 8 months rent ...

Q: Token Refund for rental property

I have decided to rent a home and gave a token amount. The very next day, less than 12 hours, we decided to not rent the home and informed the owner. The owner has refused to give the token amount back. This happened between 2nd and 3rd feb. I have talked and requested them to return the token, they said they would only return the token amount if they find another renter by that time. I have not taken any action as of now ie 15th Feb. What should be done to get the token amount back?

Hello today I got a call regarding cheque bounce and cheque was given for security to loan company and cheque was bounce in December and no notice I received or my family members on email by post or but today legal team call and said a warrant has with us for cheque bounce and now they send me legal notice in which date is 30 August and 30 October 2025 and now they send me notice by whatsapp,so what to do against them and they torcher me alot

Q: Married in Nov 2025, now wife doesn't wants to stay with my mother

I married in Nov 2025. Currently residing in Gurgaon for my work with my wife who is a housewife and has ZERO income. My house is in Kolkata. My mother comes in summer around march and leaves for kolkata in winters after Diwali. My wife is pregnant now (1 month) but she doesn't want to stay with my mother. She said when mother comes she would like to go back to her father's house and when mother leaves she would come back again to stay with me. There has been no conflict but still facing this

Hello I have two loans account with electronica finance and i am not able to paid dues on time and i have loan with family members and in December I got a message that loan account company issue a cheque but cheque return due to account block of my Mom account,but I don't receive any notice till now but today they send me notice in which date of August and October not cheque bounce notice I received and they said we issue a warrant if u not paid three emi in next three days

don't worry there is no provision or power to have any finance company to issue any types of warrant this is authority only to an court but if they have issued you a notice don't get it penic because this is the mandatory provision in any recovery matter that before starting any proceedings it is mandatory to be issued a notice we have sufficient time to desolve this you have to share your notice to me on my personals then I will consult you betterly send me all of your documents regarding the loan accounts or that notice also which they have issued to you
