Where to inquire about a property to buy

I possess 2 decimal land share at L.R Plot No. 7177 of J.L No. 130 (Amlai Mouza) under Bharatpur-I Block in the district of Murshidabad, West Bengal. In view of above, my queries are appended below: (1) Can anybody forcibly use my aforesaid landed property without my permission? (2) Can anybody construct any building on my aforesaid landed property without my permission? (3) If anybody forcibly use or make illegal construction on my aforesaid landed property without my permission or without my knowledge, how the alleged person will be punished as per existing legal provisions? (4) If any construction is made on my aforesaid landed property without my permission or without my knowledge, who will be the legal owner of that construction?
