What to do my sister took loan on land which is sold

I kept my land in my cousins name and without my knowledge she took loan against my land.and it seems she has taken so many loans against it. But that land I have already sold out...but now the loaners are claiming that the land belongs to them..and those who bought the land want their money back..what steps should I take
If the property is registered in the name of your cousin, then it belongs to her even if you spent money on buying it. If you have sold the property to someone without having ownership of the same then it is illegal and they might allege you of fraud. Further the buyer should also have been careful and should have done due diligence before buying the property.
In this case, if you paid to your sister online for buying the property then you can file a suit for recovery.
