What to do my grandmother's nephew fraudulently sold land

My grandmother's nephew took her signature on gift deed, power of attorney and will papers without her permission by saying that I want to sell 200 yards and gave her 50k for that. What necessary steps I have to take My grandmother is still alive.
File a complaint under sections of the IPC.
Along with that, file a petition challenging the gift deed.
Ask your grandmothet to file and affidavit revoking the previous deed and you can formulate a nee deed.
Get a statement from your grandmother on oath and on video.
