What is the procedure to get share in husbands property

I m sunni Muslim married for 9years.husband stay wth his 1st family In muscat.he hd purchased flat in pune.I m 2nd owner of the flat.He doesn't give me maintenance regularly nor allow me to stay in our house.He has rented it.I stay at brothers house.Legally can I give 1month notice to tenant 2 vacate the flat? Do I have right to give the notice? I appear as Co owner of the said flat in agreement of flat. whereas the agreement wth tenant is in his name.Please help

If you are co-owner and your name reflect in the agreement in this situation you can send a legal notice.
if your husband is sole owner of that property than you don't have any right to send notice for eviction.
if you are not receiving maintenance regularly you can send legal notice to your husband or place application before family court.
