a civil suit is filed agaisnt me , under permanent injuction , section 73 . it is a matter of property , son of my elder brother is claiming that he has share in the property, where as elder brother has already taken the share .

hello client aa you said you eldee brother is harasaing you on name of share in property. the fact he already taken his share. in this mattee you nees to take urgent steps in lagal course if action so that he is not able to yo harraa you any more in any manner. in my openion you should take shelter of high court to save yourself.

Section 73 of the Constitution applies this doctrine to property that is mortgaged and sold to recover arrears in revenue or to pay other public charges. It also applies to compulsory acquisitions.
