What are the succession rights of a married daughter ?

03-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)

Sir, I am from a family of lawyers. My father died in 1993 intestate. I have two brothers and am the only daughter. My mother is also alive. My brother who was then a lawyer but (now in a Senior Judge in Delhi) manufactured a 'Will' bequething all movable and immovable property in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh between my younger brother, mother and himself. He also tricked me into signing papers on which I scribbled some signature not my real signatures. My father's self acquired property includes a house in Delhi, Mother & father's ancestral land in Himachal Pradesh. Can I demand share??

Yes you do have an equal right in your father's immovable property which he has left behind intestate. An appropriate proceeding in law may be instituted so as to procure your share through decree of the court. As for the fabricated Will you have other remedies as well
