What are the rights of son in a jointly constructed property?

21-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My Mother inherited a plot from my grand father and me along with my father and mother took a joint loan to build the house. And my father was the primary loan taker and emi was paid from his salary to the bank. My question is, My father is causing lot of problems to me and my wife and wants us to leave the house. My mother is in my favour but have relationship obligation to my father. Legaly can he issue any notice to me to vacate the house or what are the chances of me inheriting the same house without any problem from my father.

The property belongs to your mother and only after her demise you and your father will get a share. Since your father has invested or improved the property by taking loan he can claim more share in the property but he can't claim to be the owner of the property. So he can't issue notice to you for vacating the premises.
