Unauthorised person acquired land no one supporting corruption issues

In my village one of Government Land(Panchayati) occupied by unauthorized persons.it land Value as per market rate aprox 20 Lakhs and they close the foot road and try to construct hosue.we compliant dist collector and MRO and MDO against this issue.But no one take action due to corruption.Can i file case in high court or not. My village near by ongole,Andhra Pradesh
You will have to file a police complaint in the nearest police station for trespass on your property. Also, you will have to file a declaration suit in the jurisdictional civil court along with all the documents supporting your claim. After that if you want to take any action against the authorities which did not take proper action, you can file a writ petition of mandamus in high court seeking proper action taken by them.
