Udr patta is valid or not to claim property

Two acres of land sale deed was in the name of my grand father legal heirs are 6 sons and 3daughters but through udr scheme two sons have got joint patta can others claim a share in this property. The two sons are in possession from 40 years, in this case udr patta is valid or not?
If grandfather had not divided the property among his children or if there was no proper partition among the legal heirs of the deceased grandfather then the aggrieved legal heirs can file a suit for partition to claim their legitimate share in the property as a right
