Share of daughter in the property of grandmother

my grand father died in 1976 and he is having 1 acre land, now it is transferred to my grand mother who died in 2010 with out writing will or not at portioned. i want to know weather my mother will get share in the property and she was married in the year 1979

After the amendment to the Hindu Succession Act in the year 2005, a daughter too is a class 1 legal heir. Hence, if your grandmother died without making a will, her daughter, that is, your mother too would be entitled to have a share in your grandmother's property just as all other class 1 legal heirs.
