Right of married daughter in deceased fathers property share

31-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Father did not introduce married daughters name in Family tree with an intention that only sons can sell and share properties.Father expired in 2016 and all children are alive. How to introduce married daughters name after father;s death when few properties already been sold by sons without any share/information to daughters?.Properties are both ancestral and self-acquired.

I would like to know if father left any will behind and contents of the same.
Daughters have equal rights as of sons.
By what religion is the family tree governed with.

You have a right in the ancestral properties of your father and self acquired as well if he died without making any will. You should immediately file a suit for partition seeking share in the property and injunction on the sons to sell off the property.

You questions does not States Whether father had a will or not?? However daughters have equal rights in property post 2006.So if any property soled without determination of shares of the daughters is illegal and can be set aside by Court.Without delay file suite for partition and determination of rights and set aside sale of property.

You might be holding your some educational document in which name of your decesed father must have been reflacted which is sufficiet to prove that you are the daughter of deceased and you file a suit for partition and declaretion then oponent will certainly admitt some part of your averment
