My, friend has a son and she is divorced, she has the custody of the child, but the is being constantly visited by her father and his family at his school and they even take him out of his school at times causing a disturbance in his studied and giving the child a mental distress and causing him not to concentrate on his study. and this happens very often for which the mother has received several complaints from the school. She is willing to let the father meet the child but not at some odd time and at the prescribed time by the court. please guide us.
