Agar meri dadi property ke teen hisse kar gyi aur will main ek hissa mere papa ko ek mere chacha ko aur ek mere dada ko aur mere dada mujhe apna hissa dene chahta hai will main unke marne ke baad toh kya mere chacha objection kar sakte hai kya .aur mere chacha us par kabza karke baithe hain toh khali kaise karwaye.legally solution hi chahiye.

Dear if you are in possession of will for the share of your dada and dada died then will is to be probated through proper procedure of court and you will have to file another suit for eviction declaration and possession pl contact with all document thanks

Q: How can i claim for equal share over my late father's property

Dear If your father has not executed any will in favour of any one than you can you can file a suit for partition before a civil court having jurisdiction. You should contact a lawyer with relevant documents.

Q: Can father be restrained to meet his child after divorce wihe custody

My, friend has a son and she is divorced, she has the custody of the child, but the is being constantly visited by her father and his family at his school and they even take him out of his school at times causing a disturbance in his studied and giving the child a mental distress and causing him not to concentrate on his study. and this happens very often for which the mother has received several complaints from the school. She is willing to let the father meet the child but not at some odd time and at the prescribed time by the court. please guide us.

Yes he can be restrained to. Meet the child but you did not disclosed the condition mentioned in the settlement between both if tere is condition permitting father for visiting right then also he can be restrained you will have to consult lawyer personally with all document pertaining to your case thanks for query

As you have mentioned than many complaint against the property have been filed but concern department is not taking any action weater it intentionaly or willfully now you have remady to approach high court pl if you wish for immediate actio apprach a lawyer with all copy of complaint thanks

my father and my mother(jointly) have one flat in delhi and my father died without will. we are 3 brother and sisters. now my mother want this flat sell but my brother is not willing. pls tell me how can she sell this flat without consent of my brother. she is 79 years old. Is there any law by which my mother can sell this property. she is 79 years old and facing humiliation by her son

Dear if this flat is ownjointly then mother has only 550 share in this and 550of your father who has expired without any will hence your mother alone has no right in full proerty and your brother has right over 50 % and pl contact with complete document
