resolving Co - ownership of property dispute

10-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, I am planning to buy a property along with my friends (10 members). All of them have different share holding pattern . does every one need to be present at the time of registration/sale. what kind of rights every one has if there is a dispute while selling (like if all of them do't agree to sell at the same time) .

yes you can buy the property along with your 10 friends no issue and also any one person can be authorised to make the transaction on agreement like executing GPA, you can mention specific shares in the document.

Suggest you have comprehensive agreement executed between all the co-owners in order to avoid future disputes if any that may arise.

Will be able to better advise if I know full details of your transaction.

Please call to discuss further.
