Required shares from father's property who is no more now

My mother's father registered property (self earned) for his sons' name, now father is no more, we asked our uncle to give our share, they are refusing & challenging us not to get even single money.. my mom n 3 heirs are live, (it includes 2uncle n 1aunt is staying with her mom, my aunt is not expecting grandpa' share) but we expect.. grand ma is getting railway pension.. 1 uncle is working in railway, another 1 s doing business.. in this situation, how to resolve my issues legally.. (notice- we don't have any documents related to that property only have address)

yes all of you have legal rights over the property as it is your fathers property and he died intestate leaving all the legal heirs therefore you can claim the share of yours and there is no will executed by your father every o e have equal rights o. the property
