Rent Shop-not given rent for 9 months.................................

I have give my shop for rent to 3rd person he is not give rent from pandemic to till now (9 months rent) rent was 2000/month. but i did not make agreement. now he is not vacating the shop nor giving the rent always he is saying next month next month.
In this case, just cause legal notice for the eviction of wilful default of rent to the tenant and further agreement not required. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
