Regarding power of attorney misuse and cancellation of partition deed

Gave power of attorney to grand mother for leaving or partitioning small amount of area. But uncle had misused that power of attorney for partition of complete property and they have not included my another uncle's name while dividing and gave some random land without their consent .
The contents of the power of attorney given by you is important. Secondly you can challenge the Partition Deed if any in the Civil Court regarding the misuse and also non-inclusion of your second uncle's name.
