Regarding power of attorney expiry and legal heir

14-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has given GPA to a third person and the agreement is also expired. Now my father is deceased. Will that agreement is valid or not? Am I a legal heir to that property?

The power of Attorney generally expires with the death of the principal. but if there is any financial liability after principal towards the dark then the Attorney will have a right to clean the same power from the legal heirs, just keeping the power of attorney valid.
