query related to family dispute in property matters

We have a property in our hometown Kota. My mother's perents had six girls and one boy. And eldest sister and her husband of annexed the whole property by deceiving us . Me my mother used to live in that house with my nana-nani. We weren't present at that time in house but be had been a guess that's why we kept hide the original paper of property in the other city. After such a thing happened when we got a news about this all that they have got transferred all the property of his name by some selling agreement like mukhtar nama- iqrar nama.they tried to beat my mom and my family but suddenly we had to move from there and then they kept my mother's brother (mama) in that house as a paying guest . In this whole thing my mama and his children have been living in that house as well while my mother's perents have already made him out from the entire property by giving his name in newspaper at once.nana-nani don't want to keep him in their house ever. This case is still in court from yea A
