Purchase of property from HUF builder

Hi my self 40 year old salaried and want to purchased on ready to move property in Nasik city . I had applied for loan from reputed Finnace company. after 2 days I got to know that the company had refused to finnace this property with reason that they cant finnace since the builder who is owner of flat had HUF firm { well known firm in city } Big project building had 72 flats . what to be done in that case. should I go ahead to finnace this from other finance company. what will be reason for not finnace . is it going to difficult for me to resale this to another party after my purchased. or should I avoid it
