First get a advise from advocate providing all the documents, if its self acquired your father have every right to transfer as he wishes by way of a gift or sale, if sibling are objecting try to convince them or as it is a self-acquired the question of the dispute not arises.

Hello I have gone through your query. Firstly furnish the title deed of your father including Katha and Tax paid receipt. secondly furnish the details of your siblings and legal heirs. gift deed or release deed can be executed to nake you as the sole and absolute owner with respect to the 2nd floor and 3rd floor.. If you furnish the documents and consult, we can advise you better

during the lifetime of your father you can only file for recovery of the amount you spent on that basis of the proof of you paying for construction of 2nd and 3rd floors. if you are father is not alive and has not made a wilyou can file for partition and recovery of the amount spent by you.
