Property share from my brother

I am a married woman. My father had 3 children I.e me, my elder sister and my brother. The property was build by my grandfather before his death he gifted to my father. But my father died in 2012 without any gift dead or any will. My brother also took my father job. My sister is also with my brother side. My brother is completely occupied by my brother. And both of them are not willing to give my share. I want to know what should I do to get my share. And since my brother took my father job so can I still get his share because job was also belong to my father. It is a private job
