property right new supreme court ruling

18-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather (hindu) owns 100 acres of land. Before he died in 1994 he wrote a will and divided the land to his grandsons (and not to his sons and daughters). Also, he gave nothing to its granddaughters. Under the new law passed by the supreme court (Aug 2020) as a granddaughter now can I claim to my right on land or not.

It was his self acquired property, and it was open for him to dispose off the same in any manner as per his wish. This wasn’t coparcenary/ancestral property and hence the granddaughters had no automatic interest/share in this property.
