Property ownership advise in case of dispute

25-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
If I have registered a property jointly with another person, is there any other legal document/procedure that can supersede this in case of dispute with the other person

This is my response to you:
1. Since you have entered into an agreement with the person then you both are equal owners of the property;
2. You both can make a supplementary deed stating that in case of dispute you will opt for arbitration;
3. You can also make an indemnity bond so as to hold the other liable in case of dispute with third parties;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
