You should file a complaint for theft with the concerned police station and follow up for the FIR under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code against your aunt. Better particulars are required to advise you on this issue.

the best option for you is to file FIR regarding theft of property documents. incase police does not register an FIR then you can move Court getting FIR registered against your aunt. I would suggest written complaint be filed to concerned SHO in your name and get a receiving for the same. I can assist you in drafting your complaint to concerned SHO.

if no steps are taken by the concerned SHO then we can proceed Court under section 154 (3) forgetting FIR registered.

kindly contact me for further details.

You should file a criminal complaint about the theft first and disclosing the missing status of the property paper. Thereafter file a suit for title recovery and an injunction against her. These suits will hell you getting ownership right and papers back, as well as stops her involvement in property
