Procedure to transfer property

sir my sister is having a property in ghaziabad which is ready for possession.before registry my sister want to transfer the property to her mother so that the registry can be done in the name of the mother how this can be done? .

Please tell me what is the nature of property. If property is flat and book by your sister there is any agreement between owner and your sister then owner has power transfer to property any one with your permission

Dear client,

If you want to transfer the property .then you can transfer your mother through gift deed under the Transfer of property act. Before transfer all loan and dues must be clear. And property must be registered in your name.

Get the property registered in the name of her mother at the time of registry that's it . This is the mode in which the property can get transferred otherwise she can directly transfer it through will or gift both will require stamp duty

If sale deed has not been executed, it can be done in her name.Payment of deed be transferred through ur mother. Since registry has not been done,u cannot transfer that property.So no problem, u can directly get it transferred in ur mother name.
