Procedure to sell property transferred through registered will.

My grandfather will the property which is having 209 sq yd total plot size. As per will property has been devided in 2 parts of 104 sq yard each. This will is further registered for both partitions. Now can we sell our property (any partition) based on registered will or do my father needs to do some more legal formalities. Also my Father further will on my name the respective property portion. Pls advice best method to keep all legal documents of this property if any more needed.
As you have stated that the will is already registered you don't need any further documents. You just have to go for probate of the will before civil court and after that you can manage your share of property the way you want to
