Procedure to issue Share certificate in case of purchase of shop

we have purchase shop in mumbai but stll not recived share certificate . what can i do ??
You should request the concerned person to issue the share certificate and in case he denies your request, thereafter you can serve that person with legal notice through an advocate requiring him to comply with the terms of notice within stipulated time.
