Procedure and expenditure to prepare apartment and conveyance deed

We are in a 6 unit residential Building in Baner Survey No. 277/31 of Pune . Builder neither made Deed of Declaration nor Apartment Deed after completion in 2002 . 1.How to go about Apartment Deed and Conveyance. 2.What would be approximate total expenditure? Thanks

First of all check the allotment papers, there must be a clause pertaining to conveyance deed. Just show it to your builder and request for execution of the same. If the builder refuses to do so then you will have to file a suit for specific performance of contract for execution of conveyance deed. The approximate expenditure would depend on the circle rate of your property
