Possession of unfurnished flat at sector 126 Kharar, Punjab

I have a flat at Kharar, Punjab home loan is going on. Project incomplete no lifts,no parks not furnished, Builder bankrupt, so his bank seals the flats & he pressurized me to take possession by fixing electricity meter otherwise flat will be sealed by his bank. Is it possible because my flat is still going through home loan & papers in my name ? Kindly, advise..

You have alltogether a different claim against the builder. You should get a order either from consumer court or from NCLAT ( in case the builder is a regd company) and when the property is sold you will be a secured creditor hence will be able to get a refund alongwith interest. Taking possession like this will be of no use. For further guidance contact me
