I an handling Partition Suits.

For a Partition Suit finish completely it may take 6 to 7 years if it goes to High court.

But Injunction can be received immediately for not creating third party interest, cancelation of any false Agreement created etc.,.

If proper Injunctions are pleaded a 70% of PARTITION SUITS are settled

Your Question Is Excellent.. !

1. First , Send a legal notice of partition to your opponent through property lawyer.

2. After notice your opponent reply you and denied all things which you mentioned in partition legal notice.

3. Then , disputes arose between you & your opponent.

4. Filing of a partition case by your side.

5. Your opponent replied in court of law.

6. Then Hearings & Hearings.

7. No solutions in such partition cases as long as extended a case time by time , day by day. Your time & money waste continuously.

8. Then , Finally you are in a stage of settlement / Compromise etc.

9. After that , Settlement / Compromise is your final solution.

10. So now currently you settled your case with a best lawyer consultation / meeting. Hire a lawyer.

Thanking You.. ! Please Rating Me.. !
