Parking problem society showing high handedness

I have 2 cars. Soc has alloted only 1 open parking space to me inspite of many open spaces available in the Soc. Soc told me they will fine me if I park in any other open space Other members with 2 cars have 2 open parking. Now there is a stilt parking of another flat who do not stay there and is vacant. I started parking my 2nd car there. All stilt parking flat owners have seperate agreement with builder since 30 years. Also the society recently painted all parking spaces with respective Flat numbers. I am parking this 2nd car in someone's stilt since last several years &now I realized that the Soc has been falsely charging me fr car parking there. Also soc is separately charging parking maintenance to the actual flat /stilt owner. I feel this is cheating as there are several grudges against me When other members park their car in someone's empty stilt they are never charged. How do I get all my parking charges refunded from the society with interest & penalty for harassing me
