OPTION OTHER THAN POA FOR FLAT POSSESION IN MUMBAI

Hello ! Me and My Brother have a bought a flat in mumbai. I live in mumbai and brother live in Gabon. Right now due to Covid 19 POA Is Not Possible through Indian consalate there. And i have to take Possession as my rent agreement will end this month and i have to go to my hometown after shifting. What are the other options ? Can i ask builder to possesion of my part atleast to shift. Legally possible? Please let me know different options

1. Are you a co-owner of the flat?
2. If yes then you can be handed over the keys of the flat;
3. Or if your brother can enter into a POA, notarize the same and issue a scanned copy it will suffice;
